We own the houses we rent and we keep the houses we buy.

Red Coyote Home Solutions is a two-partner real estate company. We rent furnished private bedrooms from $155 a week with every bill included, we rent houses long and short term, and we buy from owners who need a straight answer instead of a runaround. Everything on this site is ours.

Who you're dealing with

Two owners. No call center, no assistant, no middleman.

Ryan Urias and Jason Carroll own Red Coyote together. When you call the number on this site, one of us answers it. When you rent a room from us, you are renting from the people who bought the house.

That is the whole pitch. We are not a national brand and we are not trying to be one. We buy in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida, we hold what we buy, and we manage it ourselves. It means you get a decision from a decision-maker on the first call instead of the fourth.

What we actually do

Four lines of business, all under one roof.

01

Co-living rooms

We buy houses and rent them by the bedroom. Your room comes with a bed and a dresser, every utility and Google Fiber are included, and there's no roommate to chase for half the electric bill. From $155 a week.

02

Long & short-term rentals

Whole houses on standard leases, plus furnished short-term stays for people between homes, traveling for work, or waiting on a closing.

03

Owner-finance sales

Sometimes we sell a house ourselves and carry the note. No bank, no loan committee — terms written in plain English, listed openly on our available page.

04

RV parks

We own and operate Rock-N-Skyline RV Park in Kingsland, Texas, and we're buying more — anywhere from 10 to 200 pads. Long-term parks, not vacation resorts.

For sellers

We can often pay more than a cash offer. Here's the honest reason why.

A cash buyer has to discount your price, because their money is expensive and they need the spread on day one. When we structure a purchase on terms — seller financing, or taking over the existing loan — we are not fighting a hard-money interest rate, so more of the purchase price can go to you instead of to a lender.

Terms are not right for every seller. If you need every dollar at the closing table, a cash number is the honest answer and we will give you one. But if you are open to being paid over time, the total number is usually bigger. We will show you both and let you pick.

Terms deals involve real tradeoffs. Being paid over time means delayed proceeds and added legal, tax and default risk compared with a lump sum at closing. We will walk you through those tradeoffs before you sign anything, and we will tell you to have your own attorney review the documents. Anyone who won't tell you that is not being straight with you.
