Red Coyote Home Solutions LLC is owned by Ryan Urias and Jason Carroll. There is no one else — no acquisitions team, no leasing office, no answering service.
Ryan handles acquisitions and deal structure — the seller conversations, the offers, and the creative-finance side of the business. He has been in and around construction and real estate for years, and he's a Texas Class B General Contractor, which means when we look at a house that needs work he can price the work instead of guessing at it.
Jason handles the operating side — the rental portfolio, the co-living houses, tenant relationships and the RV park. If you rent from Red Coyote, Jason is most likely the person you'll deal with day to day, and he's the one who answers when something in the house needs fixing.
Red Coyote is a holding company, not a wholesale operation. We buy houses to rent them — by the bedroom, by the house, or short term — and we bought an RV park because we wanted to learn how to run one. Occasionally we sell a house we own on owner-financed terms, and when we do, the terms are published openly on our available page.
We buy in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida. Three states is deliberate: enough spread that we're not tied to one local economy, close enough that we can still get eyes on a property.
Both of us are active members of the SubTo community, the creative-finance education network founded by Pace Morby. That's where a lot of our structuring approach comes from, and it's worth saying plainly what it is and isn't: it's a paid education community and a network of other investors.
