These Terms govern your use of redcoyotehomesolutions.com, operated by Red Coyote Home Solutions LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

SMS text messaging program

Who sends the messages. Text messages come from Red Coyote Home Solutions LLC, a real estate rental and investment company operating in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida. You may receive both marketing and non-marketing messages: promotions, special offers and service updates, along with messages about your inquiry, room and property availability, scheduling, maintenance, and buying or selling a property. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How you opt in. The only way to opt in to text messages on this website is through the chat widget. No other form on this site collects a phone number.

How to opt out and get help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (325) 423-3113. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@redcoyotehomesolutions.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and cost. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only in response to your inquiry and about the services you asked about; message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. Information you provide is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this website

Everything here — listings, rents, terms and availability — is for general information and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell property, a commitment to lend, or an offer of credit, and nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. A tenancy or a purchase exists only once both parties sign a written agreement.

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to scrape or harvest it with automated tools, to submit false information, or to interfere with its operation. The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Red Coyote Home Solutions LLC and may not be reused without our written permission.
