What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, and — if you start a conversation in the chat on this site — your mobile number. Plus whatever you tell us about a property, a room you want, or a house you're selling.
Information collected automatically. Standard web log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Our chat provider sets cookies needed to keep your conversation running.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for a Social Security number, bank details, or payment card information anywhere on this website.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number through the chat on this site and opt in, you agree to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages from Red Coyote Home Solutions LLC — including promotions and special offers, plus your inquiry, room and property availability, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our website host, our email provider, our messaging and chat platform, and, where a transaction requires it, a title company, attorney or lender. Those providers may only use the information to perform work for us. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our residents or our property.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to three years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Resident records are kept as long as the tenancy lasts and for four years afterward, which is what Texas record-keeping and limitations periods call for. If you opt out of text messages we keep a minimal record of your number and the opt-out itself, indefinitely — that is the only reliable way to make sure we never message you again.

Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or email us.
Email: reply and ask to be removed.
Access, correction or deletion: email info@redcoyotehomesolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and to appeal a refusal.
Cookies: your browser can block them. The chat may stop working if you do.

Security, children, and changes

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to inquiry data to the two owners. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
